Q: What is a Holistic Nutrition Coaching?

A:  I specialize in nutrition from a holistic perspective. I can support you in suggesting food, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. I can also help to coach you on how to integrate new habits into your life. I do not treat or diagnose illnesses, so always speak with your doctor about  health conditions or illnesses.

Q: What kinds of things can a Holistic Nutrition Coach help with?

A: A holistic nutrition coach can support with many things including low energy, digestion issues, bloating, hormonal balance, inflammation, stress and more. My approach incorporates intuitive eating. This means that I don’t suggest strict guidelines or rules, but rather I aim to help you become more in touch with your own hunger and body needs. My approach is weight neutral.

Q: What can I expect in the first session?

A: Our first session will be one hour on Zoom. Prior to the session, I will ask you to fill out an intake form to understand your needs to help me provide the best recommendations for you. You will come away from the session with some specific food, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. 

Q: What is the time commitment?

A: Typically after the first session, I will book a follow-up session with you in about one month to see how things are going. We can then tweak or adjust your plan based on how you are feeling.  We can also set up a weekly check-in meeting if this is something that would be helpful to you.
